£1,000 January Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Intent Technology Ltd, trading as Basket (“Basket”), registered at 20 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

This promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years or over, worldwide.

Employees of the Promoter, its group companies, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

Entry is automatic and conditional.

To be eligible for entry, users must:

• Be a registered Basket app user; and
• Have push notifications enabled in the Basket app.
  

Push notifications must remain enabled for the duration of the Promotional Period and at the time the winner is selected and notified.

Users who disable push notifications at any point during the Promotional Period or at the time of the draw will not be eligible to win.

No purchase or additional action is required.

One entry per user account.

4. Promotional Period

The promotion opens at 00:00 on 6 January 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 31 January 2026 (“Promotional Period”).

5. Prize

There will be one (1) winner.

The winner will receive £1,000 (one thousand pounds sterling), payable in GBP.

Any currency conversion fees, bank charges, or related costs incurred by the winner are their responsibility.

The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the close of the Promotional Period.

The draw will take place shortly after the end of the Promotional Period.

7. Winner Notification and Claiming the Prize

The winner will be notified via push notification in the Basket app.

It is the responsibility of entrants to ensure that push notifications remain enabled and accessible.

If the selected winner:

• Has push notifications disabled at the time of notification; or
• Fails to respond to the notification within a reasonable period specified by the Promoter,
  

the prize will be forfeited and the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for a winner failing to receive or respond to a notification for reasons outside its reasonable control, including notification settings, device issues, or technical failures.

8. General

The Promoter reserves the right to:

• Verify eligibility and compliance with these Terms and Conditions;
• Disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms;
• Withdraw, amend, or cancel the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  

The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters relating to the promotion. No correspondence will be entered into.

9. Data Protection

Any personal data collected will be used solely for the purposes of administering the promotion and contacting the winner, in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

10. No Association

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple, Google, or any social media platform.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in this promotion, entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

12. Governing Law

This promotion and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by English law, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
