#TryOnWithBasket Terms & Conditions

This promotion is open to UK and Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 years and over. Employees (or members of their immediate families, including any live-in partner or household member) of Intent Technology Ltd ("Basket") and all affiliates of such companies may not enter the Promotion.

You can enter the competition by using Basket's Virtual Try On feature in the app, and posting image(s) on Instagram and/or TikTok and tagging @trybasket

The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer, or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

This promotion opens on 14/11/25 and ends on 30/11/25.

There will be multiple Winners ("Winners"). Winners will be contacted by Intent Technology Ltd within 5 working days of being selected.

1. Users can make multiple entries during the competition period however, only one entry per day will be considered for a daily spot prize.
   Daily spot prizes range from £5 to £100 awarded at Basket's discretion and announced via the @trybasket Instagram and TikTok account.
2. All qualifying entrants will be eligible for the grand prize of £250 and will be selected at random and announced on @trybasket.com Instagram and TikTok accounts week commencing 01/12/25

All cash prizes are awarded as cashback and are subject to our standard terms of use policies. Cashback prizes must be actively claimed by the winner in the Basket app within 30 days of the prize award. If the prize is unclaimed within 30 days it will expire. There is no direct cash alternative to the prize and unless agreed otherwise in writing the prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.

The Promoter will not be liable for any prize(s) that do not reach the Winner(s) for reasons beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.

If the Winner(s) cannot be contacted within a reasonable time period or are not able or available to accept the prize for any reason which is beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, then the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.

The Promoter's decision is final and binding in all respects on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these entry terms and conditions will be disqualified.

The Promoter reserves the right to extend the closing date or terminate the competition and withhold the prize(s) where events beyond the Promoter's reasonable control make such action necessary. The Promoter's decision is final with respect to any aspect of the competition, including the choice of any Winners of a prize. No correspondence will be entered into.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with any social media network and are in no way responsible for any aspect of this promotion.

Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them when entering this Promotion.

Any entrant data collected will be used for the purpose of administering the promotion and contacting the winner to notify them of the prize.

This Promotion, and any dispute or claim (including any non-contractual dispute or claim) arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Promotion.
